Sam Welten
Lead Pastor
Pastor Sam has been involved with missions through Possibilities International for the last 15 years. He loves to have fun in whatever he does, which gives our church an exceptional atmosphere of "what's going to happen now"? Pastor Sam loves Jesus and loves to introduce people to Him.

Associate Pastor
Pastor Ron is a a great leader and you'll often hear Pastor Sam says he believes NLA has Canada's best preacher. Ron's favourite quotes are:
"A leader is one who KNOWS the way, GOES the way, and SHOWS the way.” and
"Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference."
Janette Burmaster
Director of Communications and Connection
Janette loves working with a group of amazingly talented people at NLA and looks forward to writing songs with them too. She wishes more of them rode motorcycles so they could join her on rides across the countryside in the summer.

CHILDREN'S PASTOR
Janelle and husband Bobby joined our team in the Summer of 2020 to serve our Kids and families. Janelle is passionate about seeing the next generation experience Jesus for themselves and is honoured to serve families here.
Tim Brown
Pastoral care
Pastor Tim has lived in Lambton County his whole life and has a ton of stories he could tell you about it. When he isn't visiting people in the community, farming, or hanging out with his cats, he is putting together incredible 'Words of Wisdom from the Farm" (check it out HERE)
Jamie Hiscox
Sr. Youth leader
Jamie leads our Sr Youth group "IMPACT". He loves Jesus and knows the incredibly life change that happens when you totally surrender to God. He loves his familty almost as much as he loves fitness..."fitness whole bag of cheetos in ma belly!".
Chris Helps
Jr. Youth leader
Chris Helps leads our Jr. Youth group "VOLTAGE". He is known to be fun and crazy and loves encouraging our Junior High students.
John Teskey
young adult leader
John Teskey leads our young adult group "YA NLA" and has also become an expert on our Livestream. He loves his wife, trying out new recipes and talking about the latest thing he has learned.
